Chef Whitney Thomas is the Executive Chef at the luxurious Albion Hotel in Summit, New Jersey. A North Carolina native, Thomas worked her way up from dishwasher to Executive Chef, despite having no formal culinary training. Known for her creative dishes like Yellowfin Tuna Sushi Tots, she has earned honours as cooking at the James Beard Foundation. Currently competing on Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay, she’s showcasing her culinary skills on national television. Her upcoming Atlanta dinner, Serenidad 2.0, is a can’t-miss event, displaying her passion for Latin cuisine and offering Atlanta’s food lovers a memorable experience. Chef Whitney is also a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in the restaurant industry.
